Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the confirmation. Incase of any delay, we'll notify you in advance.

Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days according to location.

Bangalore - 2 to 4 business days, Karnataka - 2 to 5 business days, Tamil Nadu - 3 to 6 business days / Chennai & Hyderabad - 3 to 5 business days, South states (Andhra, Telangana, Kerala) - 3 to 7 business days, Other Locations - 4 to 8 business days.

Express Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days according to location. (Priority Shipping within 24 hours of dispatch)

Flat / Express Shipping:  Shipping charges applies to order according to delivery location and shipping method.

Recipient Unavailable: If you're unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they'll try again — but if the address can't be reached after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us, and any re-shipping cost will need to be covered by you. Confirm the availability with Yashtika Jewels team to pickup your order via any delivery partners (Dunzo / Swiggy Genie / Porter) before placing an order. Pickup has to be scheduled by customer during the business hours.

Dispatch Timeline:  4 to 6 business hours according to availability.

Once order placed, that cannot be cancelled for any reason. Note: Post 4 pm orders can be dispatched by next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email within 1 business day post dispatch. You can track your order using the provided link and you will receive the tracking message from our delivery partner.

Know your Order Status: Check your order status by login to the website or check your email for tracking details.

Note: We request customers to track their orders once tracking details received. Incase of any delay in delivery or not delivered within 15 business days. Please Inform the Yashtika Jewels team by WhatsApp / Email with order details. 

Note: Beyond 15 business days of reporting will not be consider for package lost.

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unexpected delays due to whether, courier issues or holidays may occur.

Courier Partner: We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and hassle free timely delivery. 

Package Tampered: We advise to customer not to accept the tampered packages. If you notice any such case, Please inform the Yashtika Jewels team immediately.
